Access to your credit card information anytime, anywhere, nationwide!
Our Card Services Information Line is an audio response unit or "electronic voice" communications system. It will allow you to access up-to-date credit card information, and perform multiple account inquiries quickly and easily, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week when you call our national toll-free 800 number.
Accessing Member Information Line is as easy as 1-2-3!
Below are step-by-step directions to obtain your credit card account information quickly and easily.
Simply call on our national 800 number. After your call has been connected, a message will welcome you to the Card Services Information Line and prompt you to choose your language preference. If you are calling from a rotary dial telephone please stay on the line, and you will be transferred to a member services representative during normal business hours (see hours of operation).
Select Your Options
After selecting your language preference, you must choose one of the following options:
Directory Options for Account Inquiries
Press 1 - General Account Information
Press 2 - Last 5 Transactions
Press 3 - Payment Options
Press 4 - Information on a Disputed Transaction
Press 5 - Credit Limit Change
Press 9 - To reach a Member Service Representative
