Part Time Receptionist - Munhall

The Part Time Receptionist will be responsible for helping our members and visitors that call in or come in person by directing them to the appropriate employee or department.

Responsibilities:

• Handle member and non-member inquiries via phone or in-person
• Provide information about our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update member records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the current and evolving products and services
• Requires work availability week to week and based on Credit Union needs / 2-3 days a week

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with our members and peer staff
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable

Salary based on experience $12-$15 hourly.
